Do me a favor, and ask yourselves, are you in Pain? Are you holding onto something in the past that has left you in pain emotionally, mentally, or even physically. So many of us are in so much pain, walking around with the weight of the world on our shoulders, afraid to face what is hurting us the most. Pain is not natural. Pain is life’s way of getting your attention, and awareness is the first step toward healing. When it erupts your life, you must stop doing whatever is causing it, and start doing whatever it will take to eliminate it.
Over the past few weeks I’ve been able to reflect on my life, and the way I view everything around me. I’ve also had time to think of the people I surround myself with, the way I treat them, and how I allow myself to be treated in return. I’ve found reassurance that you truly are in control of everything that goes on around you.
